The reception staff included Kamal, Artem, M. Ayman, and Menna. Bell captains Ismail and Shaaban were helpful. Hamada and Hamada, Mostafa, Talal, and Firo provided great beach service. A. Gawad and Nader kept my room clean. Restaurant staff Mr Ehab, Chefs Wael and Khaled, Mr Samy, Tarek, Mohamed , and Saber did an excellent job.

I wish some items were not excluded at the pool bar.

i stayed in a beautiful queen room panoramic sea view. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room included a balcony with a table and two chairs (i spent a lot of time there).

the gym has three treadmills, but one was out of service.

the location for snorkeling was amazing!!! the food spread was great. views from the hotel were also nice, i enjoyed the scenery. the rooms are superb too.

i reminded me of i was in ibiza because of the loud, booming music around the pool. it was not relaxing at all! i would have liked more service around the beach, it reminded me of there were no menus. there were also no posh cocktails.

i found the staff always attentive. the rooms were well kept. daily room cleaning was consistent (ahmad did a good job of keeping my room tidy).

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the older sections of the resort.

the hotel features a superb position overlooking the entire bay. this provided easy access to several beaches and snorkeling spots (i was impressed by the variety of marine life). i enjoyed the sunsets each evening.

my room included comfortable beds and spacious layout. the classic queen room partial sea view offered a nice view (i especially liked the balcony). the room also came equipped with standard amenities that were fully functional.

the service was very efficient. requests were handled quickly by the team. menna at the reception was particularly helpful in arranging various aspects of my stay (she were pretty good).
